The sanctuary provides a peaceful environment where elephants live naturally and with dignity. Visitors can choose from distinct program options suited to their schedule: an intimate feeding and care session, an interactive rain shower program with skin scrubbing, or the signature beach bathing experience that includes making nutritious vitamin balls and walking along the shoreline. After spending time with the elephants, unwind at the scenic sea-view café with seasonal tropical fruits and local refreshments.
Infants aged 0–3 join free. Children aged 4–11 qualify for the child rate on shower and beach programs, or pay the standard rate on the Feed & Care program.
