This action-packed day tour departs early from your Phuket hotel, heading north through lush scenery toward Khao Sok National Park. The first stop is Wat Suwan Kuha (the Monkey Cave Temple), featuring a large reclining Buddha statue housed inside an impressive limestone cavern alongside resident monkeys. Continue to Cheow Lan Lake, where you board a longtail boat to cruise between towering limestone karsts toward floating lake rafts. Enjoy a traditional Thai set lunch on the water, followed by 45 minutes of free time to swim or paddle a canoe in the lake, including a photo stop at the famous Thai Guilin karst formations. In the afternoon, enjoy scenic bamboo rafting along the Klong Sok river followed by a 30-minute elephant bathing session. At the end of the day, relax in an air-conditioned van on the return transfer directly back to your Phuket hotel.
