Free roundtrip hotel transfers are included across most areas in Phuket. A private van surcharge applies for pickups in Bang Tao, Sakhu, Cherngtalay, and Mai Khao.
Adults are 15 years and older. Children aged 4–14 are not permitted to drive an ATV and must ride as passengers. Infants under 4 are free. For zipline activities, minimum age is 4 years and weight must be between 20 and 120 kg.
