Morning sessions offer a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere (ages 4 and up) with a live vocalist. In the afternoon, the venue transitions into a vibrant sunset party experience exclusively for adults aged 20 and over, featuring live DJ sets and coastal entertainment. Guests can dine at the panoramic restaurant serving Mediterranean, coastal, and Asian dishes, or sip signature drinks at the rooftop bar. Access is provided via dedicated boat shuttles from the pier.

Day Passes do not guarantee reserved seating (seating is on a first-come, first-served basis; private cabanas and beds require separate bookings). Transfer pier location varies seasonally (Patong Pier or Royal Phuket Marina) and must be reconfirmed prior to departure.
During monsoon season (May to October), sea conditions may affect boat shuttle services. Confirm with the operator 24 hours prior to departure.
Cancellations made >72 hours in advance incur a 10% fee. Cancellations 24–72 hours prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations <24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Date changes require at least 72 hours' advance notice.
