Itinerary

  1. 07:15

    Hotel Pickup

    Pickup from hotels in Patong, Karon, and Kata, followed by transfer to Chalong Pier. (07:15–07:45)

    Boat Departure from Chalong Pier

    Depart Chalong Pier, enjoy breakfast on board, and attend the dive site briefing.

  3. 10:00

    Arrival at Racha Island & Dive 1

    Arrive at the destination and descend for the first dive of the day.

  4. 11:15

    Buffet Lunch

    Buffet lunch served onboard during the surface interval.

  5. 12:30

    Dive 2

    Complete the second dive (some excursions include a 3rd dive).

  6. 14:00

    Return Cruise

    Depart the Racha Islands for the scenic boat ride back to Phuket.

  7. 15:30

    Arrival at Pier & Hotel Transfer

    Arrive back at Chalong Pier and board transfer vehicles back to hotels. (15:30–16:00)

About the experience

Set sail on a full-day diving journey from Phuket to the Racha Islands (Racha Yai and Racha Noi), situated around 20 km south of Chalong Pier. Known for superb underwater visibility and rich marine life, these islands offer some of the area's best diving. Racha Yai features sheltered bays and reefs down to approximately 20 meters, making it ideal for beginners, Discover Scuba Diving (DSD), and Open Water courses. Racha Noi boasts dramatic rock pinnacles, deeper drop-offs down to 40 meters, and occasional manta ray sightings for experienced certified divers. The tour includes breakfast and a buffet lunch served onboard, professional divemaster guiding, and comfortable downtime on the water between dives.

Important information

Certified divers must hold at least an Open Water certification. Racha Noi is recommended for experienced divers. Discover Scuba Diving requires a standard medical questionnaire. Please ensure a 18–24 hour surface interval before flying after diving.

Weather & seasonality

During the monsoon season (May to October), trips may be cancelled or dive sites altered due to weather and sea conditions.

No, non-certified guests can join as Discover Scuba Diving participants with an instructor, or simply come along to snorkel and relax.

You should not fly within 18 to 24 hours after your last dive.
